Bluff’s Monster Burger January 7, 2010
Meet the Southern-most Insanewich on Earth. It’s the Monster Burger from Bluff, the town at the very bottom of the South Island of New Zealand. It contains two beef patties, lettuce, several layers of cheese, bacon AND a steak. It does not use meat as bread, but probably should.

now if it had a fried egg on it, that would make it perfect.
Agree with the poster above… it needs an egg… and to be a true Kiwi burger it really ought to have beetroot (a slice of pickled beet).
