The Flood Burger February 14, 2010
A ridiculously delicious experiment is taking place over at Epic Portions. Originally conceived by A Hamburger Today, it’s called The Flood Burger. The process is simple: Take two already-cooked burgers and squeeze the living juice out of them. Then freeze the juice and encase it inside more ground beef. When grilled – voilà! – The Flood Burger is born. I’d say it’s a floody good mess! Wouldn’t you?

ohhh revolting, said the vegetarian.
A for ingenuity, though…
Since I like my meat cooked all the way, I’m going to have to agree with Katie up there. But, umm, that just leaves more for others?
Nothing worse than a dry, well done burger. Give me medium rare or give me death.
I’d have to agree with that John. Not a big fan of shoe leather burgers.
Let me get this straight… ruining two burgers by squeezing juice out of them to make another burger possibly good, by freezing the beef before cooking. This is poor burger etiquette.
