The Swine N’ Cheese Sandwich June 25, 2009
It’s time to get past swine flu fears and celebrate pork in its various forms. The Swine N’ Cheese Sandwich has got ham, salami, capaccolo and pancetta, along with assorted cheeses. This “sandwich” is served in a wine glass alongside a nice Barolo.

I am sure everyone at work will be impressed by the looks of this delight, however there remains in the consumption of this sandwich.
One either has to look like a thug and smash the glass, or a peasant and scoop the sandwich out.
What do you suggest?
How did you put them in?
It took time, patience, and a sharp knife!
