Looks to be unsolvable. Would’ve been more realistic if the corners were cut into diagonals so that they made a solvable sandwich, but what can you do? (Eat it, I suppose…)

Looks good. Replace the pork fat with some other type of deli meat or cheese you prefer, I can’t imagine eating pork fat. It’s missing something though. If it were wrapped in bacon it would hold together better.
