Terms of Submission

By submitting content, images or photos to insanewiches.com (”the Site”) via e-mail or by uploading for display or inclusion on the Site, you are herein granting the Site, its owners and assigns, an unlimited, unrestricted, fully sub-licensable, worldwide, perpetual, transferable, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use the content, image or photo in any way we see fit and in our sole discretion, for any purpose, including but not limited to altering, editing, retouching, cropping, adding titles, text or captions to, adding the Site logo to, combining with other works, reproducing or retransmitting, either in whole or in part, preparing derivative works of, distributing, adding or deleting such content, posting or not posting such content, displaying or publishing in any media formats and channels, now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to websites, print media and video.

By submitting content, images or photos to the Site, you waive the right to make any claim against the Site, its owners, affiliates, advertisers or officers.

By submitting content, images or photos to the Site, you warrant and represent that:

1. You hold all rights to the photo or image being submitted.
2. You have permission to post the photo or image, and can demonstrate in writing that you have permission upon request from the Site owners.
3. You have these rights as described in a) and b) above to grant us, and that no other rights from any third party will be necessary.
4. This agreement does NOT in any way conflict with any existing commitments or agreements you already have or will have.

By submitting content, images or photos to the Site, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Site, its owners, affiliates, advertisers, hosts and officers, from any and all liability, damage or cost, including but not limited to reasonable attorney fees and costs; and from any and all claims or demands made by any third party due to or arising out of any content, images or photos you submit to the Site.
