“Awesome” comes in many forms. Sometimes, it comes in the form of a book…a very awesome book, in fact. And sometimes that book is actually a sandwich made from cookie, covered in dark chocolate and stuffed with vanilla ice cream. Yum! This sandwich is inspired by snow days, finding money in your pocket and everything else at 1000awesomethings.

Maybe Spam just never goes out of style. This burger has six slices of grilled Spam (the one with Hormel bacon in it) arranged into three layers, with three slices of American cheese on a grilled white bun. It’s served with a side of french fries and toppings.

So it turns out the Double Down is not a fake. KFC is actually testing out a “sandwich” that uses two breaded, fried chicken breasts instead of bread. But why stop at just two chicken breasts?…or even three? Behold the Quadruple Down! With four fried chicken breasts, bacon, special sauce, Swiss and pepper jack cheese, the Quadruple Down can only mean one thing: quadruple bypass. And by the way, this isn’t the first sandwich that’s used meat as bread.

…Only because they rhyme.
